LG U smartphone with 5.2-inch Full HD display, 3,000mAh battery launched in Korea

LG has added another smartphone to its line-up. Called U, the smartphone was launched in Korea and is priced at 3,96,000 Korean Won. It will be available in White, Black and Pink colour options. In terms of specifications, the LG U has a 5.2-inch Full HD display of 1080x1920 pixel resolution. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is powered by a 1.14GHz octa-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. LG U has 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 2TB via microSD cards. For imaging duties, the smartphone sports a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP front-facing shooter for selfies. Having a 3,000mAh battery, the LG U+ offers 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as major connectivity options.
Last month, LG launched its V20 flagship smartphone at an event in San Francisco, California. The newest member of the company's V series of smartphones, the V20 is the first smartphone to use Google's 'In Apps' feature. It helps users find content from built-in apps including contacts, email, text messages and photos.
LG V20 has a 5.7-inch Quad HD display of 1440x2560 pixel resolution, as well as a 2.1-inch secondary display with 160x1040 pixel resolution. As per LG, the secondary screen offers enhanced visibility as compared to that on the V10. The V20 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 CPU paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, expandable up to 2TB via microSD cards.
As for the cameras, LG V20 sports a dual-camera setup at the back. It includes a 16MP module with f/1.8 aperture and an 8MP module with f/2.4 aperture. There's also a dual-LED flash along with Optical Image Stabilization. The V20's Hybrid Auto Focus system is comprised of three autofocus mechanisms - laser detection, phase detection and contrast. A 5MP front-facing snapper is on-board as well.
