Dell launches Inspiron 15 5000 in India, priced at Rs 39,590

US tech giant Dell has expanded its laptop line-up in India with addition to its 15 5000 laptop series. Priced at Rs 39,590, the new Inspiron 15 5567 laptop has hit the stores in India. The laptop measures 23.3mm in thickness and comes in Sparkling White, Midnight Blue, Fog Gray, Black, Bali Blue and Tango Red color options.
Dell Inspiron 15 5000 (5567) has a 15-inch FHD display. The laptop is powered by an Intel 7th Gen Core i7 processor with integrated AMD Radeon R7 Series Graphics. The new Dell laptop offers 4GB of RAM and 2TB of SSD-based storage. The company claims that the laptop delivers up to 10 hours of battery life. As for freebies, the laptop comes with Office 2016 Home & Student edition & 15 months McAfee Security center subscription.
Commenting on the new product, Alen Jose, product marketing director, consumer & small business, Dell India said, "With the new introduction of the Inspiron 5567 laptops, we want our customers to be able to have a feature packed performance, be it for work or for entertainment. We strive to deliver seamless computing to our customers without any lags or delays to help them get more out of life. The new addition to the Inspiron range is designed to provide an eye catching product, built to stand by you for the long haul."
Earlier this year, Dell launched the 3000 & 5000 series 2-in-1 laptops. While the 3000 series starts at Rs 32,690, the 5000 series is priced Rs 49,490 onwards. Part of the 3000 line-up, the Inspiron 11 3000 is an 11-inch 2-in-1 powered by 6th generation Intel Core m3 processors. As for the 5000 series, it includes Inspiron 13 and Inspiron 15 2-in-1 laptops with 13-inch and 15-inch (both Full HD) resolution displays respectively. The laptops were showcased earlier this year at Computex 2016, along with Inspiron 7000 series.
